Based on my perception I tend to think that the choreographer, Barton tends to leave most of the explanation of the performance to the audience. Nevertheless, the performance made me view different aspects that are involved in choreography. The work clearly shows the relationship that tends to exist between dance and music. The dance routine must be greatly coordinated with the music that goes along with it. Orders are entertained within minutes of the order that takes usually ten to fifteen minutes. Behind the restaurant in the kitchen, the assistant chefs would do the ground work e.g. cutting, chopping, grinding, mincing, kneading (and preparing dough) and crust, frying etc. and then the head chef who would do the final and main work on the recipes and give finishing touches to the fast food items ready to be served. The assistants would then wrap/ pack or put in serving trays or boxes as required, and pass on to the front desk staff for supplies or serving. Most fast food restaurants have delivery service also and that would mean the process flow will start from orders being placed at the phone-in service and then entered into the computer system to be passed on to the kitchen staff.
